About the Opportunity:
- Soniox, a Voice Transcription and Translation app, is seeking experienced UGC creators for a high-intensity 21-day format discovery sprint.
- The goal is to rapidly test hooks, angles, and structures to identify reproducible video formats that consistently perform across short-form platforms.
- The sprint starts on February 2nd, 2026, following a 3-4 day account warm-up period.
Deliverables (Track 1 - Sprint and Discovery):
- Create 2 unique videos per day (42+ videos total over 21 days).
- Post and test content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (Facebook Page optional).
- Videos must be reproducible and designed for quick creation (15 to 25 minutes per video, no advanced editing).
- Iterate quickly based on performance data.
Requirements:
- Proven UGC experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating content performance.
- Creative and proactive mindset; ability to test and improve concepts, not just execute scripts.
- Confident presence in front of the camera.
- Speaking multiple languages is considered a plus.
- Must be available to start the sprint on February 2nd.
Compensation (Track 1):
- $1,700 retainer for the 21-day sprint (42+ videos).
- Additional view-based bonuses.
- Additional format discovery bonuses.
- Opportunity for strong performers to transition into longer-term scaling work (Track 2, $400 to $1000 retainer + bonuses).
