About the Opportunity:

• August AI, an AI-powered health advice and wellness brand, is seeking UGC and faceless content creators.
• The goal is to produce engaging, authentic, and scroll-stopping short-form video content to support rapid expansion in the North American market.

Deliverables:

• Creation of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts style).
• Content should primarily be UGC-style or faceless.
• Creators will have full creative freedom (formats and hooks will be provided for guidance).
• Consistent, ongoing content opportunities are available for high-performing creators.

Requirements:

• Creators based in North America are highly preferred (especially US/Canada).
• International creators are welcome if their audience is primarily North American.
• No minimum follower requirement; performance is prioritized over follower count.
• Prior experience creating UGC or faceless content is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $1.5 CPM (Cost Per Mille/1,000 views).
• Maximum pay per post: $200.
• Performance Bonus: $200 for posts reaching 1 million views.
