About the Opportunity:

• Seeking long-term TikTok Brand Ambassadors for an AI job-search mobile application.
• This is a sustained, ongoing creator program, not a one-off collaboration.
• The goal is to create fun, native, and viral content that does not resemble traditional advertising.

Deliverables:

• Create short TikTok-style videos (15–30 seconds each).
• Content must utilize current platform techniques (hooks, trends, POVs, skits, text-on-screen).
• Videos are to be posted on the creator’s own TikTok account.
• Creative freedom is provided, alongside concept ideas and example videos from the brand.
• If the initial test is successful, the partnership will move to weekly content creation.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable appearing on camera.
• Must enjoy creating native TikTok-style content.
• Ability to follow hooks/trends and deliver content consistently.
• Must be seeking an ongoing partnership rather than one-off gigs.

Compensation:

• Performance-based pay ranging from $30 to $280 per video.
