Seeking a motivated UGC Outreach Manager to help an established UGC creator (45.6k followers) scale brand partnerships and collaborations.
This is a long-term, results-driven collaboration opportunity focused on marketing, outreach, and brand negotiations.
The creator already has strong engagement and proven performance across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Reaching out to brands via email and DM using the creator's analytics and media kit.
Pitching collaboration ideas and explaining how the creator's content supports brand goals.
Managing email communication and follow-ups.
Identifying and sourcing new potential brand partners.
Coordinating with the creator on pricing, deliverables, and usage rights.

Requirements:

Interest in marketing, UGC, or brand partnerships.
Must be organized, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
Prior experience is a plus, but motivation and consistency are valued more highly.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based opportunity.
Payment is issued only on successfully secured and completed brand partnerships.
