About the Opportunity:

Founder of a worldwide photography booking platform is seeking UGC creators to produce content for a service that allows users to book photographers for family shoots, couples, maternity, engagements, and more in cities worldwide.
The brand is scaling city-by-city and looking for a small group of creators for long-term collaboration.

Deliverables:

Short, natural, creator-led videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram.
Content styles include: "Photoshoot in [City]" recaps, review-style/storytime, POV/problem-solution (e.g., how to get nice photos without awkward posing), and soft planning content.
Creators can pitch their own ideas or choose from a pre-approved list of angles.

Requirements:

Ability to appeal to target audiences: Mothers/families or Couples (ages 20–40).
Skills in creating high-performing hooks, maintaining watch time (hold rate), and driving CTR.
Open to creators globally as the platform expands to hundreds of cities.

Compensation:

Flat Fee: $25 guaranteed flat fee per approved video.
Performance Pool: Additional monthly revenue share. $20 per conversion is added to a creator pool, which is split based on a mix of metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversions).
This structure rewards both top-of-funnel (awareness) and bottom-of-funnel (closers) creators.
