About the Opportunity:

• Seeking a reliable, USA-based virtual assistant or social media manager to post ready-made content to TikTok and Instagram.
• This is a faceless role where you do not need to create, edit, or design anything; all content, captions, and hashtags are 100% provided via a shared drive.

Deliverables:

• Posting schedule: 5 days per week.
• Volume: 2 posts per day on TikTok and Instagram (typically 1 short video and 1 photo carousel), totaling 40 posts per month.
• Account warm-up: Following a provided step-by-step guide to properly prepare new accounts before posting.
• Daily engagement: Spending 5–15 minutes daily scrolling and interacting with relevant content to maintain account health with the algorithm.

Requirements:

• Must be physically located in the USA (VPNs are not allowed as they flag the accounts).
• Must use a real smartphone with a US cellular connection or US home Wi-Fi.
• Consistency and strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

• $200 per month flat rate.
