Requirements:

• Confident on camera and able to grab viewers' attention.
• Minimum of 5,000 followers on TikTok or Instagram (may be waived for creators with strong samples).
• Responsive, reliable, and coachable.
• Bonus: Currently posting 3+ videos per week in the career/job search niche.

Compensation:

• Up to $1,000 per video.
