About the Opportunity:

• A small team building an education mobile app is seeking a Video Content Lead to assist with their launch in approximately two weeks.
• The role involves building a network of 100+ creators and identifying successful video formats to scale the brand's presence.

Deliverables:

• Trend tracking and research for short-form content
• Scripting and filming short videos
• Posting, iterating, and testing different video formats
• Coordinating with a network of other creators

Requirements:

• Experience creating TikTok and UGC-style content
• Ability to analyze what content formats work and scale them
• Strong organizational skills for creator coordination
• Portfolio with TikTok examples and previous work

Compensation:

• Profit-sharing
• Additional pay based on agreement
