About the Opportunity:

• A consumer app growth company is seeking a UGC Campaign Lead and Content Strategist to join their founding team.
• The company partners with app founders to drive installs, revenue, and distribution through Organic UGC, Microinfluencer Campaigns, and Product Advisory work.

Responsibilities:

• Run point on content strategy across 6-7 live UGC campaigns.
• Embed alongside founding teams as a long-term growth partner.
• Manage end-to-end strategy for organic and paid UGC initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in content strategy and managing UGC or microinfluencer campaigns.
• Ability to work in a full-time, remote capacity.
• Strategic mindset for app growth and distribution.

Compensation:

• $70,000 base salary.
• Performance-based bonuses.
