About the Opportunity:

• Wonsulting is seeking motivated UGC creators to join their Creator Program.
• Focus is on creating short-form video content centered around career advice and job search strategies.

Deliverables:

• Short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements:

• Must be a power user on TikTok and/or Instagram.
• Must be confident on camera, creative, curious, motivated, and coachable.
• Minimum 5,000 followers on TikTok or Instagram (this requirement may be waived if the creator has strong content samples).
• Bonus: Already posting 3+ videos each week focused on job search or career content.

Compensation:

• Compensation is performance-based, tied to reaching or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Pay is competitive, up to $1,000 per video.
