About the Opportunity:

• A small team developing the makeup mobile app, BeautySpark, is seeking UGC beauty creators.
• The collaboration focuses on producing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• This is a paid opportunity featuring a base fee plus performance-based bonuses.

Deliverables:

• Create 15–30 second vertical videos (TikTok / Reels).
• Content types include GRWM (Get Ready With Me), before/after transformations, tutorials, or app demonstrations.
• Content can utilize talking to camera, voiceover, or text-on-screen formats.
• Videos can be produced in English or the creator's native language.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong Tier 1 audience base.
• Target audience location must be primarily Tier 1 countries (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, Western / Nordic Europe).
• Ideally, 70%+ of the audience should be Tier 1.
• Creators can be based anywhere globally, as audience location is the key requirement.

Compensation:

• $30 base pay per video.
• View-based bonuses of up to $1,000 total per video, depending on reach.
• Payment is sent after a 30-day tracking period.
• The opportunity begins as a small test group (5–10 creators) with the potential for ongoing, long-term relationships.
