About the Opportunity:
- MVP Launch is a premium product studio helping non-technical founders ($20K+/mo revenue) build live MVPs (service fee $25K).
- Seeking 2–3 UGC creators who can actively **sell** on camera, focusing on driving booked calls rather than just awareness or engagement.
- This is an ongoing, high-volume role where the key metric is cost per booked call.
Deliverables:
- 20–30 fresh creatives per month across multiple angles and hooks.
- Content types include: Direct-to-camera ad scripts (performance focused), Testimonial-style talking head content, Problem → agitation → solution narrative ads with a clear CTA, and story-driven selling.
- Platform focus: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube.
Requirements:
- Skill: Must know how to close on camera, utilizing urgency, objection handling, and emotional triggers. Deep understanding of direct response marketing and hook → story → CTA structure is essential.
- Experience: Must have created UGC for **paid ads that actually converted**. Strong preference for experience working with B2B, SaaS, tech, or business services brands.
- Style: Must look and sound credible, resonating with the target audience (30–55 year old business owners). Sales instinct and conviction are required.
- Equipment (Non-negotiable): Professional audio setup (Shure MV7, Rode, or equivalent), good lighting (ring light minimum, softbox preferred), clean background/ability to shoot in multiple environments, and 4K camera or recent iPhone/Samsung (properly mounted).
