About the Opportunity:

Deliverables:

• Create short-form UGC content suitable for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Content should be natural, relatable, and creator-native.
• Creative freedom is highly encouraged, but reference formats and guidelines can be provided upon request.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the US, Canada, North America, or Europe.
• No minimum follower requirement; performance is prioritized over audience size.
• Experience with UGC or faceless content is a plus.
• Comfortable creating content aligned with a mobile application.

Compensation:

• $200/month base pay.
• Performance pay: $1 CPM (paid in blocks of 5k, maximum $100).
• $150 bonus for content reaching 1 million views.
