About the Opportunity:

• Trndding, an AI-focused marketing agency, is seeking UGC creators for a client in the Medical & Wellness space.
• The client is an AI product expanding into North America and Europe.
• Goal is to scale the product using authentic, creator-native short-form content.

Deliverables:

• Create short-form UGC content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Content should be natural, relatable, and creator-native.
• Creators are encouraged to use creative freedom, with reference formats and guidelines available upon request.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the US, Canada, or Europe.
• No minimum follower count required (performance is prioritized over audience size).
• Comfortable creating content around an AI-powered product.
• Experience with UGC or faceless content is a plus.

Compensation:

• $200 monthly base pay.
• Performance bonuses: $1 CPM (paid in blocks of 5k, maximum $100).
• $150 bonus for achieving 1 million views.
