UGC Video Creator for Makeup App - Paid (Base + Bonus)

About the Opportunity:

• Small team developing a makeup mobile app seeking UGC beauty creators.
• Goal is to create short-form videos (TikTok/Instagram Reels) to promote the app.
• This is a paid collaboration starting with a small test group (5–10 creators) with potential for ongoing, long-term relationships.

Deliverables:

• Create 15–30 second vertical videos (TikTok / Reels).
• Content formats required: GRWM (Get Ready With Me), before/after, tutorials, or app demonstrations.
• Video styles: Talking to camera, voiceover, or text-on-screen.
• Content can be created in English or the creator's native language.

Requirements:

• Creator location is flexible, but audience location is critical.
• Must have a strong Tier 1 audience (ideally 70%+).
• Target Tier 1 regions: US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, Western / Nordic Europe.
• Non-English content is accepted provided the audience is primarily Tier 1.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $30 per video.
• Bonus: Up to $1,000 total based on the reach per video.
• Payment is sent after a 30-day tracking period.
