- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan has no card step and no trial clock, so you can stay on it as long as you like.
- Do the free limits reset each month?
- No. Your 3 free AI deals are for the life of your account; they don't reset. The 10-deal limit counts only deals in progress: once a deal is done or lost, it no longer counts.
- What happens when I reach a free limit?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is billed. Collabed tells you in the app, you keep working on the deals you have, and you upgrade only if you choose to.
- What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
- It's the same Creator plan, billed $8.99 a month or $87 a year ($7.25 a month).
- How do I cancel Creator?
- Open Settings → Billing and choose Manage subscription. When the subscription ends, your account goes back to the free plan and your deals stay where they are.
