AI reply drafting ✍️
- Three one-click reply drafts on every brand email — Accept, Negotiate, Decline.
- Drafts stream in real time (ChatGPT-style) and use your deal context — offered compensation, brand history, prior rates — to ground the response.
- Click "Open in Mail" to send through your usual mail client with the recipient, subject and body pre-filled.
Email threading 🧵
- Forwarded email threads now update your existing deal instead of creating a duplicate — no more fragmented conversations.
- Brand replies join the same thread, with the full message history visible inline on the email.
- If a follow-up changes something material (new compensation, updated deadline), the deal updates automatically.
AI contract review 🛡️
- Your Collabed agent reviews uploaded briefs and contracts, flagging unusual exclusivity, kill fees, IP rights, payment terms and more — compared against industry benchmarks.
- Forwarded brand emails are auto-scanned too — drop in a contract attachment and the analysis appears alongside your deal.
- Free creators get one preview scan on your house; Creator plan includes unlimited reviews.
Know who's emailing you 🔍
- Every brand email now shows a quick intel card: your prior history with the brand, how old their sender domain is, whether their email authentication checks pass, and any Reddit chatter about them.
- Spoof detection inspects the email headers — if someone claims to be "Nike" but writes from a gmail address, or the email fails SPF/DKIM/DMARC, you'll see a red flag right at the top.
- Each brand's accent colour is pulled from their site so the card looks like it belongs to them. The same card also appears on every deal's detail page.
