Short-Form Video UGC Creator for Online IELTS Platform

About the Opportunity:

An online IELTS platform is looking for UGC creators to produce and publish short-form video content.

Training is provided from scratch; no prior experience or established following is required.

Estimated time commitment: 20–60 minutes per day.

Deliverables:

Create dedicated accounts on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Record short-form videos following the brand's provided format.

Cross-post the same video across all three platforms (TikTok, Reels, and Shorts).

Requirements:

Must be located in Indonesia or fluent in Indonesian.

Remote role.

No follower count or prior content creation experience necessary.

Compensation:

Flat rate: Rp80,000 per video (qualifies if the video reaches at least 2,000 views).

Performance bonus based on aggregate views across all accounts:10,000 views: Rp143,000

100,000 views: Rp1.4 million

1,000,000 views: Rp14.3 million

Average monthly creator earnings reported around Rp14 million.
