How do I get started with Collabed?
Sign up for a free account and follow the onboarding guide to set up your first deal. The features page walks through everything Collabed can do.
Is there a mobile app for iOS?
Yes! Collabed has a mobile app available on iOS. You can manage your deals and collaborate with your team on the go.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email. You'll receive a secure link to create a new password.
Can I invite team members to Collabed?
Absolutely! Go to your team settings and invite team members by email. They'll receive an invitation and can start collaborating immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure payment processor.
How is my data protected?
Your data security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices.
What's the difference between the plans?
Collabed is free to start — 5 AI deal extractions and up to 10 active deals. The Creator plan unlocks unlimited extractions, unlimited deals, and advanced features. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan at any time.
How do I export my data?
On the Creator plan you can export your deals and their payment status as a CSV from the Payments page. For a full copy of your data, email [email protected].
