About the Opportunity:
Rendi, a language learning app where users practice by playing interactive story quests, is hiring creators to run dedicated TikTok and Instagram accounts documenting their journey learning German or Spanish.
You do not need to speak German or Spanish already—creators act as real learners testing the app.
Weekly scripts and reference videos are provided every Monday, along with performance reviews and feedback every Friday.
Deliverables:
Manage a dedicated TikTok + Instagram account set up specifically for Rendi.
Create and post 1 short video per day (30 videos per month).
Video length is typically 6–17 seconds (occasionally 30–60 seconds).
Vertical 9:16 format, filmed on phone camera with clear audio.
Requirements:
Native or fluent in English (for English speakers learning German or Spanish) OR native/fluent in German (for German speakers learning Spanish).
Comfortable speaking on camera.
No existing follower count required.
Remote role; ongoing commitment starting immediately.
Compensation:
$300/month base pay for 30 videos ($10 per video).
Performance view bonuses per video: 50K views = $50; 100K views = $100; 500K views = $250; 1M views = $500; 2.5M views = $1,000.
