About the Opportunity:

Spotter Labs is seeking a UGC Content Creator to produce engaging, authentic, and high-performing short-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, and digital channels.

Focus on bringing scripts and concepts to life through creative storytelling, character interpretation, and attention-grabbing hooks.

Deliverables:

Produce UGC-style video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Record variations of content, hooks, scripts, and calls to action for performance testing.

Create dynamic content beyond standard talking-head videos, utilizing props, varied angles, different locations, and creative transitions.

Incorporate feedback and make revisions to content when required.

Requirements:

1+ year of UGC content creation experience (ideally working with technology, SaaS, or B2B brands).

Strong on-camera presence, natural delivery of scripted lines, and character portrayal skills.

Portfolio or examples demonstrating strong on-camera performance and creative short-form video work.

Professional home recording setup including reliable camera, lighting, microphone, and internet.

Strong spoken and written English communication (American accent preferred).

Availability to collaborate during Chicago business hours (Central Time).

Nice to have: experience in trucking/logistics niches, access to a green screen or specific filming locations (trucks, warehouses, gas stations), and basic video editing skills.
