UGC creators wanted for a high-volume CapCut campaign.

Involves creating simple talking-head videos with proven hooks and script templates provided for each batch.

Content will be cross-posted across 4 platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (tools provided for cross-posting).

Ongoing campaign with no fixed timeframe and potential to level up tiers based on performance.

Deliverables:

Simple talking-head video content.

Cross-posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

High-volume posting capacity up to a maximum of 3 videos per day.

Requirements:

Remote; must be located in Tier 1 countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).

Demonstrated video view benchmarks for specific tiers (100K+ to 1.5M+ views on a single talking-head video).

Serious, dedicated creators who are responsive and committed to consistent posting.

Compensation:

Tier A (1.5M+ views benchmark): $35 base per video + $1 CPM

Tier B (500K+ views benchmark): $25 base per video + $1 CPM

Tier C (100K+ views benchmark): $15 base per video + $1 CPM

Base retainers reach up to $1,350/month (Tier C) and up to $3,150/month (Tier A) based on up to 3 posts/day.

CPM bonuses apply across each platform where the video performs.
