About the Opportunity:

Bump (bump.app), a map-based social app with over 20M downloads, is seeking UGC creators to join their creator program.

Looking for creative individuals who are tapped into Gen-Z culture, understand TikTok trends and humor, and want to collaborate long-term.

Deliverables:

Create approximately 10 videos per week across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Film, edit, and post from newly set up accounts.

Content styles include skits, duo/group creator content, memes, talking head videos, and hook + app demos.

Scripts and hooks provided, with opportunities to bring your own creative ideas.

Requirements:

Under 23 years old (target audience is high school and college students).

No prior experience required; open to beginners.

Must be highly familiar with TikTok culture and social video formats.

Initial hands-on paid training week followed by a 2-week paid trial before transitioning to month-to-month.

Remote work; open to U.S. and global creators.

Compensation:

Starting base pay of $1,000 per month.

Paid training week and paid 2-week trial.

Bonuses based on both organic performance and Spark Ads ad performance.
