About the Opportunity:

iOS hair care app is hiring short-form UGC creators for a long-term collaboration

Focus on authentic, relatable TikTok and Instagram Reels content native to the platforms

Creative briefs, hooks, video concepts, and examples are provided

Deliverables:

Short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels

Formats include talking-head videos (hair care tips/mistakes), problem/solution videos, routine demonstrations, app demos, and trend/reaction videos

Requirements:

Remote; creators based preferably in the USA or Europe (creators outside these regions welcome if content feels native to target market)

People with naturally wavy, curly, or coily hair preferred, but open to all hair types

Comfortable filming on camera and demonstrating hair care routines with a smartphone

No professional UGC experience or large following required

Reliable, communicative, and available for ongoing work

Compensation:

$10 base payment per approved video

Performance bonuses based on eligible video views (up to $200 total per video)

Monthly cap of up to $500 per creator across all videos
