About the Opportunity:
An AI confidence app that helps people practice hard conversations (job interviews, first dates, salary negotiations, setting boundaries) is seeking UGC creators to create and post content.
Creators will post on their own TikTok accounts using provided briefs, proven hooks, and asset packs.
Long-term, ongoing project looking to hire hundreds of creators.
Deliverables:
TikTok videos posted directly to your personal TikTok account in your own authentic style.
Formats can include storytimes, POV skits, texting stories, slideshows, faceless, and AI UGC.
Requirements:
Must be based in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
Your audience must primarily be located in those countries as well.
Must be 18+ years old.
Post on TikTok regularly (any follower count is welcome; compensation is view-based).
Open to various niches including careers, corporate life, dating, self-improvement, social skills, mindset, students, faith, and everyday work life.
Compensation:
CPM rate (paid per 1,000 views) based on your average views.
Performance bonuses on single videos: +$50 at 100k views, +$200 at 500k views, and +$500 at 1M views.
Paid monthly via PayPal or Wise.
Top performers have the opportunity to move onto a monthly retainer.
