About the Opportunity:
Rendi, an interactive language learning app launching on the App Store, is looking for creators to run dedicated TikTok and Instagram accounts documenting their journey learning German or Spanish.
Creators act as the language learner—fluency in German or Spanish is not required.
The company provides weekly scripts, reference videos, and regular performance feedback.
Deliverables:
Run a dedicated company-owned TikTok and Instagram account set up on your phone.
Create and post 1 short video per day (30 videos per month).
Video length: 6–17 seconds (occasionally 30–60 seconds).
Format: Vertical 9:16, phone camera footage with clean audio.
Ongoing collaboration starting immediately.
Requirements:
Native or fluent in English (for accounts targeting English speakers learning German or Spanish) OR native or fluent in German (for accounts targeting German speakers learning Spanish).
Comfortable on camera speaking directly to the audience.
No existing follower count required.
Remote.
Compensation:
$300/month base pay for 30 videos ($10 per video).
Performance view bonuses per video: 50K views ($50), 100K views ($100), 500K views ($250), 1M views ($500), 2.5M views ($1,000).
