Female UGC Video Creators for Women's Wellness App

About the Opportunity:

A newly launched women's wellness app (iOS and Android) is hiring a small team of UK creators to produce short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Formats, hooks, scripts, onboarding, and creative direction are provided.

Begins as a 30-day paid trial with potential to transition into an ongoing monthly retainer.

Deliverables:

5 vertical short-form videos (20-60 seconds) per week for 30 days (approximately 22 videos in total).

Content will be posted to dedicated brand-provided TikTok and Instagram accounts (not on your personal profile).

Perform a brief algorithm warm-up routine prior to posting.

Content styles include on-camera lifestyle/B-roll, lo-fi UGC, hook/reaction + app demos, trend audio with text overlay, or faceless formats with app screen recordings.

All videos must feature app footage (screenshots, symptom logging, AI companion chats, etc.).

Requirements:

Based in the UK and 18+ years of age.

Women across any life stage (e.g., students, mothers, 9-to-5 workers, navigating perimenopause or menopause).

Access to a smartphone and 1–2 hours per day.

No prior experience or follower minimum required (beginners welcome).

Authentic presentation; no AI avatars or AI voiceovers permitted.

Compensation:

Base rate: £12 per video (~£265 for the 30-day trial, split 50% upfront and 50% upon completion).

10k views bonus: £10 extra per video reaching 10,000 views.

Performance view bonuses: £1 per 1,000 views above 10k views (e.g., +£100 at 100k views, +£250 at 250k views).

Milestone bonus: £50 extra for the first video surpassing 50k views.

View bonuses capped at £500 during the trial, allowing total earnings up to ~£815.

Higher bonus caps and retainers available for ongoing creators.
