About the Opportunity:

Tech Canvas is seeking a female UGC creator to produce content centered around job hunting, careers, and workplace experiences.

Role involves creating daily short-form videos and managing dedicated social channels.

Deliverables:

2 short, engaging, talking-to-camera videos daily.

Post videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Manage dedicated social media accounts for the project.

Requirements:

Remote; open to female creators based in the USA (approx. aged 20–33).

Native English speaker.

Must have personal experience using LinkedIn to hunt for jobs.

Comfortable speaking on camera.

Previous UGC experience is a plus.

Compensation:

$500/month fixed retainer.

Up to $1,000/month in performance bonuses based on views (5K views: $10, 10K views: $20, 20K views: $30, 50K views: $100).
