About the Opportunity:

Spotter Labs is seeking a creative UGC Content Creator to produce engaging, authentic, and high-performing short-form video content for social media, ads, and digital platforms.

Focus on bringing scripts and concepts to life through creative storytelling, character interpretation, and attention-grabbing hooks.

Full-time remote position.

Deliverables:

Engaging UGC-style video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Creative short-form videos incorporating different locations, props, character interpretations, and camera angles beyond standard talking-head formats.

Multiple variations of content, visual hooks, scripts, and calls to action for A/B testing and marketing campaigns.

High-quality video and audio recordings adhering to campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

1+ year of UGC content creation experience, ideally with technology, SaaS, or B2B brands.

Strong on-camera presence with the ability to deliver scripted lines naturally and authentically.

Portfolio or video samples demonstrating on-camera talent and creative storytelling.

Reliable camera, lighting, microphone, and internet equipment setup.

Availability to work and collaborate during Chicago business hours (Central Time).

Strong English communication skills (American accent preferred).
