Gen Z Short-Form Video Creator for EdTech App

About the Opportunity:

Co-founders of a macOS consumer app in the EdTech niche are seeking Gen Z creators to produce organic short-form video content.

Creators will build and run their own account while keeping full ownership and usage rights.

Support provided includes creative direction, coaching/feedback, an account warm-up guide, free app access, and optional scripts.

Deliverables:

Create a dedicated account and record/crosspost 1 video daily to TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements:

Must be based in the USA (Gen Z creators).

Must own a MacBook running macOS 14.0 or later.

No prior experience or minimum follower count required.

Reliable, communicative, and interested in long-term growth.

Compensation:

Creators with proven performance: $20–$40 base pay per video (based on experience), plus $1 CPM starting at 20k views (capped at $500 per video at 520k views).

New creators (no experience): $20 base pay unlocked after first video reaches 50k views, plus $1 CPM starting at 1,000 views (capped at $500 per video at 500k views).

Milestone reward bonuses for high-performing videos at 1M, 5M, 10M, and 50M views (up to $5,000).
