Compensation:
$700 monthly retainer + $0.50 CPM performance bonus
Payment breakdown per platform: Instagram ($233.34 + CPM), TikTok ($233.33 + CPM), YouTube ($233.33 + CPM)
Creators are paid for posts made during the initial trial even if target output is not reached
