Gen Z Short-Form Video Creator for EdTech App

About the Opportunity:

Co-founders of a macOS consumer app in the EdTech niche are seeking Gen Z creators to grow their app through organic short-form content.

Creators will own their accounts and retain full usage rights.

Brand provides creative direction, feedback, coaching, account warm-up guides, free access to the app, and optional scripts.

Deliverables:

Create a new dedicated account

Record and crosspost 1 video daily across Instagram and TikTok

Requirements:

Remote; must be based in the USA

Gen Z demographic

Must own a MacBook running macOS 14.0 or later

Reliable, communicative, and willing to grow long-term

No previous experience or minimum follower count required

Compensation:

Creators with proven performance: $20–$40 base pay (based on experience), $1 CPM starting at 20k views (up to $500 per video at 520k views), plus reward milestones at 1M, 5M, 10M, and 50M views (up to $5,000 bonus).

New creators: $20 base pay unlocked after the first video reaches >50k views, $1 CPM starting at 1,000 views (up to $500 per video at 500k views), plus milestone bonuses up to $5,000.
