About the Opportunity:

Adbaker GmbH, a leading Meta and TikTok performance marketing agency in the DACH region, is expanding its freelance creator pool.

Creators will produce high-performing, scroll-stopping UGC ad content for diverse brands across various industries.

Deliverables:

UGC video ads optimized for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok.

Formats include testimonials, unboxings, try-ons, problem-solution angles, and creative hooks based on provided briefings.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a UGC creator, ideally with paid ad creative on Meta or TikTok.

Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UGC work and ad performance.

Fluent in German.

Location: Remote within Germany (DE-weit verfügbar).

Independent, reliable working style with a strong sense for trends, hooks, and storytelling.

Compensation:

Freelance / contractor basis per project assignment.
