Drag a card when things move
The product arrived? Drag the card to Received. The new status saves as soon as you drop it.

Or use the status pill
Every card has a status pill. Pick the next stage from its menu, which is easier on a phone.

Finish the deal
When the content is live, move it to Done. Done deals are hidden from the board until you turn on Show done deals.
