Forward brand emails to Collabed
Use your personal forwarding address to send brand emails to Collabed. Each one becomes a pending deal you can accept or delete.

In Settings → Email addresses, copy your forwarding address. It's yours alone.

In Settings → Email addresses, copy your forwarding address. It's yours alone.

Forward the brand's email
In your email app, forward the pitch to that address, just as you'd forward it to a friend.

It arrives as a pending deal
Moments later the deal is in Deals → Pending, filled in from the email, and you get a notification.

Accept it or delete it
Accept moves the deal to Emailed and onto your board. Not interested? Delete it.

Add the other inboxes you use
Collabed imports mail forwarded from your account email. Add any other inbox you forward from and verify it once.
