Generate an invoice from any paid deal in Collabed, with your saved payment details and the contract's pay-by date filled in, mark it invoiced, and follow every outstanding payment on the Payments page until it's paid.

On a paid deal, the Summary card holds the pay, the payment status, the invoice and the pay-by date, with the contract's payment terms under it.

In Collabed: Payments

    Check the payment details

    On a paid deal, the Summary card holds the pay, the payment status, the invoice and the pay-by date, with the contract's payment terms under it.

    Generate the invoice

    Press Generate and tick the deliverables to bill. The due date and your saved payment details are already filled in, and the deal keeps that date as its pay-by date.

    Mark it invoiced

    Set the payment status to Invoiced once you've sent the invoice to the brand.

  4. 4

    Follow it on Payments

    Payments lists every deal with the money still owed and when it's due, and says which ones are overdue.

  5. 5

    Mark it paid

    When the money arrives, set it to Paid. It drops out of your outstanding total.
